Please check you have a Mag Second Gen before proceeding. This Mag has a rubber flap covering the sim, charging port, and a power switch. If you have a Mag First Gen, please refer to the relevant article. The SafeTag Mag 2nd Gen looks like this:
This means your tracker hasn't booted up yet, or it is unable to establish a network connection.
5. Please ensure that you are in an area where there is 4G or 2G signal, so that the device can establish a network connection.
