Firstly, please ensure you have followed our included activation guide.
This means your tracker hasn't booted up yet, or it is having network issues.
Could you please check that your tracker is firmly seated in its port? It may have been knocked loose or fallen out. Even if it looks like it's in, please give it a push to make sure the power pins are making contact.
If that fails, can you please slide the cover off of the back of the tracker and take a clear photo with the flash on the inside of the tracker and send it to us?
