Please check you have a SafeTag Mag First Gen before proceeding. You can tell as it has a small, plastic, detachable cover over the charging port and a round vibration sensor protruding from the magnetic side of the device. If you have a Second Gen Mag, please use the article for that tracker. The SafeTag Mag 1st Gen looks like this:
This means your tracker hasn't booted up yet, or it is having network issues.
- Ensure the vibration sensor on the back of the tracker is in the outward position(i.e not pressed in.
- Firmly pop out the SIM and then firmly push it back in.
