Firstly, please make sure you have followed all steps in your product setup and activation guide carefully.
This means your tracker hasn't booted up yet, or it is unable to establish a network connection.
You can check your installation is correct by comparing it the installation video below;

3. Please ensure that you are in an area where there is 4G or 2G signal, so that the device can establish a network connection.
