I have just activated a rechargeable tracker (e.g. The Mag/ The Mini), and the battery & location is coming on slowly.

Our rechargeable trackers have very large batteries, especially the SafeTag mag, and these require longer charging periods. Please leave your device plugged in for more then 6 hours, as this will likely resolve any issues you are having with your tracker after it's first activation.
