Please check you have a Mini First Gen before proceeding. This Mini First Gen has hard plastic sliding lid and is charged via Micro-USB. If you have a Mini 2nd Gen, please refer to the relevant article. The SafeTag Mini 1st Gen looks like this:
Firstly, please make sure you have followed all steps in your product setup and activation guide carefully.
If it's still not showing any location, we're so sorry about that. This means your tracker hasn't booted up yet, or it is having network issues.
1. Please ensure that the device has been allowed to charge for at least two hours using the supplied cable. Please make sure that the battery switch is set to the "on" position whilst charging.
2. Please follow the powerup procedure in your manual, which includes:
a. Sliding open the cover
b. flicking the power switch and holding the power button for at least three seconds.
c. You should see two lights come on at this point.
3 Please make sure the SIM is firmly seated in the tracker.
