Why is my SafeTag Plug 4G showing low battery

If your tracker is online, firmly inserted, but showing 1/6 battery, please get in touch with us.


This issue is affecting a small number of Plug 4Gs. It won't affect the functioning of your tracker in any way, but we'll be able to fix it remotely if you would like in a minute or two.
