My SafeTag Mini 2nd Gen won't charge

Please check you have a Mini Second Gen before proceeding. This Mini has an attachment point and a rubber flap covering the sim and charging port. The SafeTag Mini 2nd Gen looks like this: 



Can you confirm you've followed the bottom five steps?

1. You're using the original white cable.

2. You're allowing the tracker to charge for at least 2-4 hours.

3. You're using a standalone wall adapter.

4. You're charging the unit until the red charging light goes solid green.



5. After charging to green, can you confirm that you've switched the tracker on. 

6. If you're watching the battery indicator on the app, ensure that you are in an area with 4G or 2G signal, as the tracker needs to connect to the internet to update this information on the app.
