My Tracker has stopped working, it has charge and is moving but won’t update a location?

Please ensure your tracker is fully charged, in an open location if possible, with the logo side faced up and then take it for a walk/drive.

If this fails, please contact our support team. If there is an issue with the tracker, rest assured that we will reach a resolution you are happy with.
