There are quite a lot of notification settings that could block notifications on iOS, so please follow the following guide carefully and let us know if you get stuck or if it doesn't fix the issue.

1. Check Notification Permissions

  • Go to Settings > Notifications.
  • Find and select the app.
  • Ensure Allow Notifications is toggled on and review alert styles (Lock Screen, Notification Centre, Banners).

2. Do Not Disturb (DND) / Focus Mode

  • Go to Settings > Focus.
  • Check if any Focus Mode (including DND) is enabled. If yes, disable it or add the app to the Allowed Apps under that Focus.

3. Alert Sounds and Badges

  • In Settings > Notifications, confirm that Sounds and Badges are enabled.
  • Ensure that the Ringer on your phone isn’t muted.

4. Log Out and Back In

  • Log out of your account in the app, then log back in. This can refresh your push notification settings.

5. Check Quiet Hours Schedule

  • Open the app, go to the More tab, and navigate to Alert Settings.
  • Ensure that you don’t have any Quiet Shares scheduled during the time you are expecting alerts, as this can block notifications.

6. Update iOS and the App

  • Ensure both your iPhone’s iOS version and the app are up to date. Go to Settings > General > Software Update for iOS, and update the app from the App Store if necessary.

7. Network Connection

  • Check your network connection, as notifications may not arrive without an active internet connection. Verify that Wi-Fi or cellular data is enabled.

8. Restart Your iPhone

  • Sometimes a simple restart can fix notification issues. Power off your iPhone, wait a few seconds, and power it back on.

9. Reinstall the App

  • If none of the steps above work, try uninstalling and reinstalling the app. This often resolves deeper notification issues.

By using the Test Alert feature in the app's More > Alert Settings, you can immediately check if notifications are being delivered after troubleshooting.

If all the above steps fail, please let us know and we'll get it resolved for you. It's usually a quick fix!
