How do I apply geofences to my tracker?

Enabling them on the Web App

1. Log in, then hover on "Tracking" on the navigation bar, and click "Live View"

2. Click on the Settings cog on a tracker you'd like to change.

3. Enable Geofences by going to the "Geofences" section and ticking geofences you'd like to receive exit & enter notifications for that tracker.

4. Press "Save Changes"

Enabling them on the Mobile App

1. Click the 'More' button in the bottom right hand corner

2. Find Tracker Settings text and click it.

3. Find the name of the tracker you want to create the geofence for

4. This opens this individual trackers settings. Scroll down to the 'Enable Geofences' box.

5. Click 'Tap to choose geofences'. This may say "Create Geofence" if you haven't made any.

6. Select all geofences you wish to apply (tick the box)

You can also scroll to the bottom of the page and click the + Add Geofence button here to create more geofences, or just click the "Manage Geofence" button on the "More" page.

7. Scroll to the top of the page and click the back arrow to go back to the individual tracker settings page

8. Scroll to the bottom of the page and click 'Save and go back'
