How do I change my email?

To change your email, just register a new account with your desired email address and send us a quick message via email or the help widget on our site.

We'll move over your trackers and billing details to the new account and delete the old account.

Here are the steps:

1. Please create a new account, and record the email address

2. Get in touch with us via email and send us the old account email address and the new account email address

3. All done! We'll move your trackers, geofences and billing information over from the old account to the new one.
