How do I upgrade my tracker's subscription plan once it is activated?

Yes, you can upgrade your subscription at any time! You can:

- Upgrade your tracker from a standard refresh rate (30/40 seconds) to Plus (20 Seconds) or Pro (10 Seconds)

- Upgrade your coverage zone

- Save by upgrading your billing cycle from Monthly to Quarterly/Yearly, or Quarterly to Yearly at any time.

To do this:

1. Just go to the 'My Trackers' page on our website

2. Click the 'Manage' button on the tracker whose subscription plan you would like to modify.

3. Upgrade your billing cycle / refresh rate / coverage zone

4. Click "Save changes"

If you are mid-way through your billing cycle, you'll be billed pro-rata for the remaining time on your billing cycle, so no surprise upgrade fees, you'll just pay the difference for the remaining time on your billing cycle.
