These floating buttons above your map let you manage map settings.

Top button - This opens your map display settings - see below.

Middle Button - This will draw a line between the start point of your journey and will show the route travelled for each tracker.

Please note: This line will reset when you close the app, but you can always check the route on the history page.

Bottom button - This pans the map to an overview of your trackers as they all display on the map.

Map Display Settings

Location - This toggles a blue marker that shows where you are (or the device you’re using our app on) on the map.

Traffic - This toggles the display of the traffic flow on the roads - Red indicates bad traffic, Orange shows moderate traffic, and Green indicates low traffic, steady driving!

Geofence -This button toggles the display of any geofences you’ve set up, showing on the map.

Places - Selecting this will toggle the display of labels on the map, including all local businesses and street names. This will be on by default.

Satellite - This map mode lets you switch your map from standard to satellite view.

(Note - This is linked to images from Google Maps. If the satellite imaging you see for your property looks outdated, please note that SafeTag Tracking is not responsible for satellite imaging.)

Map Modes

Follow Mode - This changes the map so that each refresh follows the tracker directly along its route, letting you keep an eye on a specific tracker.

Free Pan - Default Mode - This feature enables you to roam around the map and zoom in/out to look closer at things on

your map. Each time the map refreshes, it will keep its zoom and position from the last time.

Show all Trackers - Each time the map refreshes, it will change its zoom and position so that all trackers are shown.
