How do I change the times in the SafeTag App to 12 hour format?

Formatting times in the SafeTag App as 12 hours e.g. 1:00 PM instead of 13:00 is available for our US users only.

If you are in the US, and are not seeing 12 hour times, firstly, please make sure you are on the latest version of our app. If you are still not seeing AM & PM on your times in the app, follow these steps:

Android

1. Open Settings.
2. Go to System > Languages & input.
3. Tap Languages.
4. Select Add a language, choose English (United States).
5. Drag English (United States) to the top or remove other languages if necessary.

iOS 

1. Open Settings.
2. Go to General > Language & Region.
3. Tap Region and select United States.
4. Confirm and restart your device if prompted.
