How do I redeem a code for my subscription?

Subscription discount codes are seperate from shop discounts. If you have a code to discount the purchase of GPS Tracking Hardware from our shop at safetagtracking.com, please follow this guide: How to redeem a discount code in our Shop (Tracker Purchase)

1. Complete the "Add Tracker" form, and make sure you've progressed to the checkout page which looks like this:

2. Click the "Add Promotion Code" or "Add Code" button (highlighted in green)

3. Enter your discount code in the new field visible 

4. Click the "Apply" button

5. You should see the new price appear, or an error if the code is invalid.

If you have a code that has been provided from an official communication from our support team, and you are seeing an error, please proceed with your tracker subscription process, then get in touch. We'll verify your code and then apply the discount manually / issue you a refund if necessary.
