How to cancel your tracker order

If you have questions or concerns about your order, please get in touch first to see if we can resolve any queries you have.


However, if you've changed your mind about an order, please cancel it as soon as possible for the quickest resolution.


Our main three platforms which we sell via are, Amazon, eBay, the official SafeTag Tracking Website.


Amazon
If you purchased directly through Amazon, please go ahead and cancel your order through Amazon.

Please email into the support team at support@safetagtracking.com and provide them the relevant order ID for your order and request for this to be cancelled. The order ID will be in the format SAFE and then a 4 digit number e.g. SAFE1234


eBay
Please email into the support team at support@safetagtracking.com, and provide them the relevant Order Number for your order and request for this to be cancelled or amended. You can find the order number on the "My eBay" > "Purchases" section.
